To Our Patients:
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Soundental has served the community for over 40 years and we look forward to serving the next 40 years. Many of our patients started with us when we first opened and have brought their children, grandchildren, and now great grandchildren. For that, we are very grateful. We have always strived to provide the highest quality dentistry as well as service which is a testament to our stability and professionalism. We also strive to do the same with safety and infection control.
As always, Soundental will follow infection control recommendations made by the American Dental and Hygiene Associations, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Occupational Safety and Health Administration. These new guidelines as well as our updated protocols will be reflected during your upcoming visit to the office.
Changes in the Practice:
-social distancing will be maintained by reducing patient flow
-doors will be closed and windows opened in treatment rooms to reduce aerosol
-new air purifiers have been installed to improve air flow
-routine disinfecting of all surfaces such as door knobs, tables, counter tops, etc.
-doctors and staff will have appropriate Personal Protection Equipment
Before the visit:
-please stay home if you or a family member is ill
-we will be contacting you to review any changes in health history
What you can do to help:
-please arrive early and call or text when you arrive; wait for us at the front door
-sanitize your hands before entering; temperatures will be taken
-only the patient will be allowed in the treatment rooms
-credit card payments are the preferred form of payment
Many thanks for your patience during these times. We look forward to seeing everyone again. The office will be contacting you soon to reserve your appointments.
God bless everyone and be safe.
