I have always been honored by the trust my patients afford me when I take care of them. Developing strong relationships with my patients and being a good listener have been the hallmark of caring for my patients. Having practiced now for more than 40 years, I can say unequivocally that I chose the right profession for me. It is the perfect combination of one-on-one patient interaction and science.
Education and Continuing Education
I completed my undergraduate work at Columbia University, and graduated from Marquette University Dental School with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Then I completed a rotating dental internship at West Haven VA Medical Center.
I joined the Academy of General Dentistry many years ago specifically because it has a CE requirement. Since then, I have formed a local study club and joined several other regional study clubs to improve my knowledge and hone my clinical skills.
I have been active in the dental community since 1978, and served on many committees and boards. At this time, I chair the University of New Haven Dental Hygiene School advisory committee. I am also a trustee for the New Haven Dental Association and a key contact to the state legislature for the CT State Dental Association.

Outside the Office
Originally from West Haven, I currently reside in Woodbridge with my wonderful wife. We have three accomplished, married children and three grandchildren. When I’m not at the office, I’m with my wife, at the gym, on my bicycle, or playing the piano. I also enjoy reading for pleasure or studying for the teaching that I do.
